Each of our indoor-only kennels are climate-controlled for your pet's comfort. They each have a soft hammock for sleeping. You can bring a blanket, bed or crate from home if you like, or we will provide one.

Measuring at three feet by eight feet, indoor-only kennels seem to be the best choice for older or smaller, mellower pets. We play soft music to relax your pet and make them feel more at home.

Your friend will receive at least two play times outside in one of our many large play yards. Dogs are not let out with any other canine guests, unless they are from the same family and you request it, but can instead spend their time sniffing out the latest gossip or playing with one of our staff.

Our most popular accommodations for larger breeds, and younger, active smaller dogs are the indoor/outdoor runs. They measure four feet by fifteen feet. One half of this space is inside in a heated and air-conditioned building; the other half is connected to an outdoor area. Each guest has access, via a doggie door, to his own private, covered patio area and can come and go as he pleases during daylight hours, weather permitting. Each evening all our guests retire to warm, raised-platform resting areas. You can bring a blanket or bed from home for your friend or we will give him one to snuggle in.

All our guests enjoy plenty of outdoor daytime activity in one of our large play yards. Your friend is guaranteed at least two excursions each day, but more are offered if weather permits. This healthy, fresh-air environment provides for natural activity and helps maintain familiar routines.

Our clean, indoor/outdoor dog kennels provide security and freedom of choice for your pet, and you'll rest easier knowing that your friend is having a great time on his vacation.

Rates: $13.50 for one dog and $12.50 for each additional dog kept in the same accommodation per day.

When the videos are not playing, your friend will enjoy public television programming.

Ellie's Pet Hotel is proud to offer three luxury Pampered Pet rooms, each with a different theme. We offer the Princess Palace (for guests 20 lb. and under only), the Cabin Retreat (for guests 0 to 45 lb.,) and the Outdoor Adventure (for guests of all sizes). These rooms are designed to offer all the comforts of home, and then some!

Our Pampered Pet rooms are constructed of solid eight-foot walls with glass doors. They are eight and one half feet long by five feet wide and are climate-controlled for your friend's comfort. Each room has a toddler bed complete with a mattress and fresh linens daily, and is decorated with home accents and area rugs. Each room is also equipped with a television for your pet's entertainment.

Every guest in the Pampered Pet rooms is treated to two different videos daily. We show only G-rated movies chosen to appeal to our canine friends. Titles include "Lassie," "Benji," and "Homeward Bound," to name a few. If you like you can even bring a video from home starring you and your family and we will be happy to play it for your pet. When the videos are not playing your friend will enjoy public television programming or soft music, according to your requests.

Guests in our Pampered Pet rooms will enjoy a minimum of three outdoor excursions in our large play yards, either by himself or with a staff member for company.

Our suites are very popular and book up quickly. They are the best choice for pets accustomed to the finer things in life, as well as for older or more timid pets as they feel more like home.
Rates: $19.00 for one dog and $16.50 for each additional dog kept in the same accommodation per day.

We also offer outdoor-only accommodations for pets who are happiest outside. They include a deluxe Dogloo (insulated, igloo-shaped doghouse) or treated barrel (for the smaller canine) that are filled with straw in the winter months or the occasional blanket in the summer. Most measure four feet by ten feet. Our outdoor-only kennels are covered and positioned in such a way that they get the morning sun and afternoon shade. We do have one extra-large outdoor run for the larger canine or for multiple dogs from the same family.
Rates: $10.00 per dog

In 2005! Cool water misters have been installed in each of the individual runs to keep our canine guest's comfortable in the "Dog days" of summer.
