Adam Madden
Owner & Operator
Our owner and operator, Adam, has been caring for animals his entire life. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, Adam has worked closely with dogs for decades, including breeding and training them. Growing up on a cattle ranch, his passion for the outdoors and his steady hand in the field have shaped the way he approaches animal care every day.
When he’s not at the Hotel, Adam’s usually with his family or out at the farm, which is really just code for “working harder than the rest of us on his day off.”
Ben Conn
Willard Manager
Ben (Adam’s son-in-law) has been part of Ellie’s Pet Hotel since the Willard facility first opened. Day in and day out, he’s there making sure the pets are well cared for and comfortable. It doesn’t take long for the animals to warm up to him, and customers quickly see the same thing.
When he’s not at the kennel, he’s often out on the golf course working on his swing or spending time with his wife, Aslan, and their family.
Gavin Madden
Brigham Manager
Gavin has been a part of Ellie’s Pet Hotel since day one, but after graduating from Utah State in 2022, he headed up to northern Idaho for a couple of years.
Eventually, he found his way back home and into the family business full-time. These days, if you call or text Ellie’s, there’s a good chance you’re talking to Gavin or his dad, Adam.
When not at the kennel, he’s probably out dirt biking, behind a camera, or spending time with his wife, Elly, and family.
Jarrett Madden
Pet & Facilities Manager
Jarrett’s been with Ellie’s Pet Hotel since the family first took over. He spends most of his day making sure tails are wagging, and our facilities are clean and always running properly.
He’s got a natural way with animals, if you don’t see him up front, he’s probably in the kennel making new four-legged friends or sneaking in a game of fetch.
When he’s off the clock, Jarrett’s usually buried in a good book or catching the latest Marvel movie.
