“We have utilized Ellie’s pet hotel services twice and they are always so kind, super fast to respond, and care for our two dogs. I always get really nervous and hesitant to leave my dogs anywhere after a horrific experience with a dog trainer and one of my dogs (our Vizsla) being abused and malnourished. Adam really put my concerns at ease with how he interacts with people but then our dogs went right up to him. They have taken extra steps to make our dogs happy.

It is also really cool to see a family run business with their kiddos taking great care of the dogs too. When we picked up our dogs last time, they were busy, efficient, and still made the time to chat with clients while either checking dogs in or out from their stay. Their kids all knew they jobs and it was seriously awesome to see everyone working so well together taking care of peoples pets/family members.

“First time boarding here. We have two larger pups. They had such an amazing time and I know they got so much love and attention. When we finally picked them up, they were so happy (and clean!).
